Human Rights- Privileges, or Unconditional Freedoms?

We speak of human rights as if they are infinite — as if they exist without limits, without conditions, without responsibility.
But is that really true? And more importantly… should it be?

Since 1948, the Universal Declaration of Human Rights has shaped modern civilisation. It defined essential protections against tyranny, cruelty, and abuse. It recognised the dignity of every human being. But as society evolves, so too must our understanding of rights, responsibilities, and what it means to protect the common good.

This video explores the uncomfortable but necessary question:
Are human rights unconditional freedoms — or privileges that must be exercised with responsibility, and sometimes regulated in extreme circumstances?
