The Judiciary and Courts Act 

An Act to establish the judiciary of the United Union as an independent and impartial branch of the State; to define the structure, powers, and responsibilities of the courts; to ensure the protection of the rule of law and access to justice; and to guarantee that judicial office is exercised with integrity, accountability, and independence in accordance with the Constitution.
