The Union Pensions and Retirement Income Act

An Act to establish a fair, sustainable, and inclusive public pension system; to guarantee income security in retirement; to ensure recognition of unpaid and interrupted labour; to reform the uprating mechanism; to define pension entitlements on a contributory basis; to establish the Union Social Security Authority; and to guarantee key services and protections for older citizens of the United Union.
