Civil Service and Public Administration Act

An Act to constitute the Union Civil Service as the administrative instrument of the Council of the Union and the People’s Assemblies; to regulate the organisation, appointment, and discipline of public officers; to secure the impartial and efficient administration of the State; and to ensure that all who serve the Union do so with integrity, diligence, and respect for the Constitution and the People.
