Public Finance and Budget Responsibility Act

An Act to establish the framework for the management of public finances; to ensure transparency, accountability, and fiscal responsibility; to define the preparation, presentation, and oversight of the Union Budget; and to provide for the establishment of independent institutions to uphold the principles of sound public finance in accordance with the Constitution of the United Union.
