National Development and Infrastructure Act

An Act to establish a national framework for the planning, funding, and delivery of infrastructure and strategic development projects across the United Union;
to promote balanced regional development, public investment, and long-term economic transformation;
to coordinate investment in housing, transport, energy, water, digital connectivity, and climate resilience;
to ensure that development serves the public interest, is sustainable, inclusive, and aligned with the Constitution and long-term welfare of the People.
