Public Service and Social Provision Act

An Act to establish a universal and equitable framework for the provision of public services across the United Union;
to define access rights, delivery standards, and core entitlements;
to ensure accountability, efficiency, and fairness in public provision;
to regulate service institutions and authorities;
and to guarantee the welfare of all eligible residents in accordance with the Constitution.
