The Constitution of the United Union
We, the people of England, Scotland, Wales, and Ireland, united in purpose and bound by the values of Community, Solidarity, Humility, and Duty, do hereby establish this Constitution.
Sovereignty rests not in crown or faction but in the people themselves, whose collective will is the sole source of lawful authority.
In recognition of the struggles of the past, mindful of the challenges of the present, and resolved to secure justice, liberty, and responsibility for generations to come, we ordain and enact this Constitution as the foundation of a new State.
