Unified Code of Public Office (UCPO)

In recognition that public office is a solemn trust, this Code is established to uphold integrity, accountability, and service across all institutions of the State.

Every person entrusted with public office, whether elected, appointed, or employed, shall be bound by this Code without exception. The duty of office is to the people as a whole, not to private interest or faction. Breach of this Code constitutes a breach of trust and shall be subject to transparent investigation and sanction.
